Nordic Psychology (NP) is in a major expansion phase with clients in Norway and is therefore searching for a CEO/Franchisee for Nordic Psychology Norway!
Being a CEO/Franchisee for NP means that you run the limited company NP Norway, and own it completely independent from NP. Through a close partnership and franchise contract, NP provides you with the best conditions to succeed.
As CEO/Franchisee, you will build your own team and establish the whole structure for NP Norway according to your own objectives. NP’s management will assist you with an expansion plan, project management, marketing material and structure. In addition, you will be supplied with products, structure, material, existing clients as well as terms and conditions. You will receive a well-established concept with delivery of complete solutions for VR treatment as well as substantial sales, support and educational material.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial psychologist or entrepreneur who is passionate about making psychological treatments more efficient. You have previously managed a business or large organisational project successfully and have a good network in Norway.
To be able to succeed as a Franchisee at NP, you are required to be result-oriented, cost-knowledgeable and interested in sales. In addition, you should be structured and a good leader to your staff. You are required to have a genuine interest for people as well as have a good perception and service-mind.
We see it as an advantage if you have previously worked with psychologists and health care or in an equivalent industry. We currently have several psychologists working at NP, which we find highly valuable but we also see that you can come from a different professional background.
Terms and conditions
Entry fee
As CEO/Franchisee at NP Norway, you will will pay an entry fee of 95 000 SEK (excl. VAT). This fee includes pre-purchase of products as well as start-up and education.
Royalty
A royalty of 25% of the revenue (excl. VAT) is paid to NP. This covers products as well as support, material and structure supplied by NP.
Miscellaneous
Franchising is a partnership between two parties: the Franchisor and the Franchisee. The Franchisee has the right to, in exchange for a fee, work under the Franchisor’s brand in order to sell its products and services. The partnership is moderated through a contract which both parties sign. As a Franchisee, you are fully responsible for your company and its finances. Simultaneously, you have a well-established concept to lean on if you need assistance or support
